IN CONVERSATION WITH CARYN & BROOKE

Two generations redefining the luxury real estate experience in New Hope

What inspired you to go into real estate together, and what led to the mother-daughter dynamic?

Real estate has always been the baseline of our lives. Watching Caryn navigate this industry for over two decades, I was completely captivated early on by the architecture, the design, and the distinct provenance of every property. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to follow in her footsteps, earning my real estate license at just eighteen. Even while away completing my undergraduate degree, the pull of the industry remained. As graduation approached, it became clear that my true passion lay right back here—especially given the rare opportunity to work alongside, and learn from, the absolute best mentor I could ask for. We’ve been operating full-time as a team since 2021, and building this multi-generational family business together on a foundation of deep mutual respect has been incredibly rewarding.

What is it about New Hope and the river towns that made you want to anchor your business here?

We fell in love with the region and relocated here from New York in 2003. Caryn used to visit her best friend in the area, and it didn’t take long for the historic charm, the quiet beauty, and the landscape to completely capture her heart. What makes this market so profoundly special is its sheer individuality. With properties dating back to the 1600s, no two homes are ever alike, and each possesses its own narrative. Caryn originally stepped into the industry with an eye for flipping historic properties, but that vision quickly evolved into launching her career as one of the area’s top-producing agents. Today, we feel incredibly fortunate to navigate a market defined by such exceptional character; for us, every single showing still feels like a fresh discovery.

How do your individual strengths balance one another when working with clients?

While our personalities are very similar, our operational styles complement each other flawlessly. I lean toward meticulous, behind-the-scenes strategy—managing the operations, analytics, and finer details. Caryn operates from a big-picture, relationship-driven perspective. Because our mother-daughter bond allows us to anticipate each other's instincts effortlessly, we can divide and conquer with absolute precision. This natural symmetry ensures our clients experience a highly organized, seamless transaction that never loses its deeply personal touch.

What sets your approach apart when helping someone acquire a property in this region?

Our philosophy is rooted in sophisticated storytelling, modern marketing, and a concierge level of care. For us, real estate is entirely personal—never transactional. Caryn was famously ahead of the curve with digital media, embracing emerging platforms long before they became industry norms, and that forward-thinking mindset still drives our brand. We are constantly elevating how we showcase our listings, investing heavily in high-level content, creative lifestyle strategies, and premier marketing partnerships to expand our properties' reach. Ultimately, we operate as a true lifestyle concierge, guiding our clients through every nuance of the process and maintaining those relationships long after the keys are handed over.

What are some of your favorite local destinations that you love introducing to clients?

We are just as passionate about sharing the lifestyle of the river towns as we are the homes themselves. We always suggest starting with a quiet walk along the river or the historic towpath to truly take in the rhythm of the area. From there, our perfect curated itinerary includes catching an evening performance at the Bucks County Playhouse, antiquing through the sophisticated storefronts of Lambertville, sourcing from local artisan markets, and enjoying the exceptional dining scene right on the water in New Hope. There is an incredibly rich culture here, and helping people discover their own version of it is one of our favorite parts of the job.

How would you describe the lifestyle transition to someone moving from the city?

It offers a rare, sophisticated equilibrium. Life here introduces an immediate sense of space and tranquility, yet it remains vibrant, engaging, and culturally rich. You can retreat to absolute privacy on expansive acreage, or live just steps from world-class dining, independent boutiques, and nightlife. It’s a seamless blend of natural beauty and refined energy, which is precisely why it resonates so deeply with clients looking to transition from an urban pace without compromising on culture.

What does a perfect day look like for you both?

A perfect day is a bright, 75-degree afternoon spent soaking in the effortless lifestyle of the region. It begins with an exceptional coffee from a local independent spot, followed by a long riverside walk with our dogs. Lunch is always spent outdoors overlooking the water, and we love wrapping up the evening with cocktails and dinner—whether surrounded by clients or close friends—simply enjoying the relaxed elegance and community spirit that make this place feel entirely like home.
