Together, gentle movement, conscious breathing, mindful mobility, and somatic practices are woven to encourage circulation, ease tension, and support natural flow.
Guests will experience self-massage and lymph-supportive techniques (tapping), and enjoy a Yoga Nidra deep relaxation experience with healing sound bowls. Sue will share seasonal wisdom and herbal support for spring to support vitality, clarity, and balance. No prior yoga experience required.
