Arrival & Departure

Guests will receive a detailed itinerary prior to the retreat. Arrival and departure times are structured to allow the experience to unfold at an intentional, unhurried pace. Early arrivals or late departures may not be accommodated. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat; optional add-ons or off-site experiences, if available, are not included.

Room Selection at Woolverton Inn

Guest rooms at Woolverton Inn are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability at the time of booking. While every room at the inn is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed, specific room requests cannot be guaranteed. We recommend reserving early to secure your preferred accommodations.

Physical Participation

River Unwind includes gentle yoga, movement, and wellness practices designed to be accessible and restorative. Guests are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level and to communicate any injuries, limitations, or concerns in advance.

Weather Considerations

Some elements of River Unwind may take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, programming may be adjusted to ensure comfort and safety while preserving the spirit of the experience.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate nature of River Unwind and the limited number of spots available, reservations are held exclusively for each guest. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund if the spot is able to be rebooked. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable. If we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist or new booking, a refund will be issued minus a small administrative fee. Reservations may also be transferred to another guest with advance notice and approval from The River Loop.

River Unwind is an adults-only experience for guests 18 and over, intentionally designed to foster a quiet, reflective atmosphere for rest, renewal, and connection.
