Three-course dinner at Northridge Barn and overnight stay at the historic Woolverton Inn

Led by Sue Elkind, founder of DIG Yoga

River Unwind is a one-night, two-day wellness retreat designed to slow our minds and create space to reset, reflect, and reconnect. This spring retreat offers a chance to pause within the season of growth and expansion— supporting thoughtful care, renewed clarity, and a grounded transition into the months ahead.

Set among the rolling fields and historic charm of Stockton, New Jersey, this experience brings together gentle movement, mindful practices, and meaningful moments in a beautifully considered setting. The rhythm is intentional and supportive, creating space to settle in, breathe deeply, and reconnect — with yourself and with the quiet beauty of river town life.

Curated by The River Loop and hosted at the Woolverton Inn, River Unwind unfolds through thoughtfully guided wellness sessions led by Sue Elkind, founder of DIG Yoga. Through gentle, accessible movement, breathwork, guided relaxation, and seasonal wisdom, the experience supports circulation, ease, and renewal—meeting spring with steadiness rather than urgency.

From your arrival to your departure, every element of your stay is thoughtfully curated and seamlessly handled, giving you the freedom to fully unwind and immerse yourself in the program. You'll experience measurable improvements in energy, mental clarity, and physical vitality while building the foundation for healthier habits.
