Founder and owner, Kevin recognized extraordinary potential in several of New Hope's most iconic yet underutilized riverfront properties. That vision led to the revitalization of the Bucks County Playhouse, Ghost Light Inn, and ultimately Ferry Market—projects that have helped redefine the riverfront while honoring the town's history and character.

For Kevin, every project is about more than restoring a building. It's about creating destinations that support local businesses, celebrate New Hope's character, and give people new reasons to visit. Ferry Market reflects that philosophy in every detail.

Known as Ferry Market's "Ferry Captain," Ryan Fuller works alongside Kevin to continually shape what comes next. Their partnership blends big ideas with the day-to-day work of running the Market, from vendor relationships and events to new experiences and future plans.

Their partnership began in 2012 through the revitalization of the Bucks County Playhouse and continues today at Ferry Market. Together, they've created a culture built on creativity, collaboration, and a shared commitment to the guest experience.
